This is my first experience with CruisesOnly although I’ve cruised many times before. The travel agent Yolanda Jolliffe is excellent. She was able to help me book the tickets for my wife and myself very efficiently, even though I had to make several changes.

I enjoyed dealing with Steve. He was was very professional and courteous. He was prompt and generally helpful with all follow up questions. However, I have a concern that probably falls on Cruises Only. A perk that was advertised on your site ($75 Special Dining credit) was not applicable since we booked a Veranda X, despite your site showing that it was included.
