Joseph was wonderful as he always is when I book a cruise through cruises only. He booked it exactly as I had requested. Unfortunately, I made an error in the date. When I noticed the problem, he was already gone for the day. So, I called the toll free number and followed the prompts and Nicole got my call. She was excellent at correcting the error I made. Kudos to both of them and to Cruises Only who has great customer service reps.
