Representative was nice but a really fast talker. We booked because of her gushing over everything. Then got off the phone and realized we would have gotten a better cabin if she had slowed down for us to decide. She did not even present the better cabin options for us to consider. I have called Norwegian to try to fix this but I can only fix through your company. So I have to call her back on Monday (which I dread) and try to see how much and IF I can even upgrade now.
