We have always had excellent customer service from Justin Williams! We have been working with him (exclusively) for about 15 years now. I will wait until a day he is scheuduled to work to book our cruise. Justin makes sure NOTHING falls through the cracks, all points and details explained and covered and has worked with us long enough, he remembers our preferences. He is truly a treasure!
