My usual consultant was on vacation and the cruise I was looking at was almost full booked so instead of waiting I got an other agent on duty. Christine was excellent. Friendly, fun to talk with exuding a bubbly personality. She had all my details brought up and knew what I liked.

LOri was very responsive, answered all our questions, and held my hand all through the booking process
