In the "ad" on your cruise website, it said that it was only a $25.00 deposit (PP) for the cruise. After I booked, I saw that I was charged $99 pp. There was no explanation and there wasn't an opportunity to "back out". That seems like "false advertising".Also, I got my confirmation letter from you, but no where on the confirmation is my reservation number (or confirmation #) for Carnival cruises. I had to call Carnival to change our room and they asked for my reservation number. It's no where to be found on my information sheet that you sent me. Carnival told me that they can't access my reservation without that confirmation (reservation) number. Can you please include the cruiselines reservation number on that confirmation sheet? If not, can you make a note on the sheet that we need to call the cruiselines (or look for an email from them) in order to get that reservation number? The Cruises only confirmation number is of no use to Carnival.Thank you
