Always a great experience booking with FALLON. However, the day we booked this last minute cruise is the day the loyalty program changed. As a very loyal cruiser this will definitely make us reconsider who/where we book future cruises with as we will definitely miss the obc on this cruise. Please consider binging it back!!!
