I love our TA. Katrina is great and has helped us with about a dozen cruises. I don’t really understand the new “point/reward system. It seems overly complicated compared to other programs. Another TA we are familiar with just does a straight 10% back in OBC and a lunch in specialty dining. This seems like a gather points you may someday redeem.

KATRINA FREEMAN was wonderful. She always exceeds expectations with her knowledge, experience, efficiency, and courtesy. This time she unravelled a complicated issue with the cruise line and completed our booking with extra effort.

Our agent Steven Upton was great!

I was given great information and got booked with no problem

Stephen Sharkey is always knowledgeable and helpful.

Donna Smith was patient and excellent in every aspect!! We’re saving her extension number so we can use her on our next cruise

smooth

Very knowledgeable and highly qualified 👏 to help people get the best deal .

Sandi is always very helpful and caring.

Leanne has been nothing less than AMAZING! Such prompt and professional service. Her knowledge and follow up is top notch! I will definitely recommend her to others. This is my first year working with her and I am super grateful to know I have someone I can count out to assisting with my travel needs.
