I went on website to find a cabin and price. I then called your 800 number to speak to an agent. The price that I was getting on your website and the price that she kept coming up with was a difference of $500 with her being more. She could not match the price I was getting on your website so she told me to book through that. She was helpful but I had to do it all myself which I've never done and I don't want any surprises when the cruise arrives. Was not happy and I've used your company for years.

Kathy Vause makes travel arrangements easy to navigate. Canceled one trip and rebooked another seamlessly. Kathy even responded to our request while off duty so we wouldn’t lose a promotional offer from the cruise line.
