knowledgeable and professional

We had to change our travel plans, cancel one cruise and book a new one. Our travel expert was outstanding. We have our new cruise and new flight reservations. Perfect. Outstanding service.

Handed all my concerns, helped me set up my cruise.

Katrina took the time to explain our options and answered all my questions. She also explained. what I would. need to do next and what to expect as far as further instructions to prepare for our. cruise. We were able to get the room we wanted along with the amenities we wanted.

Mary is an excellent travel agent!
