Booking was easy but when I tried to pay for the deposit, it said there was an error so I retried payment again and it said error again. My bank called and said I had 2 charges that went through for the deposit amount and that they were going to cancel one of them. I called customer service the next day and they still showed payment went through for both so we just canceled the 2nd charge. This was pretty confusing and frustrating to say the least.

Terry had been great answering all of my questions. She also gave us ideas on purchases and packing.
