Kathy Treffiletti was terrific in getting us on the same cruise as my cousin that we wanted to be on. And she also got us a cabin on their same deck and at a great rate, I appreciated her patience.

Your agents were great. I first spoke with "Eka" (extension 36432), then Nancy (ex. 35569). Both couldn't have been nicer, however when it came time to take advantage of the $25 April Bonus Booking "event" (also on Princess' website), it turned out to be pure BS! The total fare without the event was $1,318, but if I wanted the same room category using the event, it would have been $2,418!!!! - $900 more - just to get a $25 deposit fee! - are you kidding?!! This type of promotion just pisses people off. Everything else was fine.

Somewhat confusing. Didn't' seem to get all bonus offers. Booked a balcony room andafter was informed that it may have obstructed views(not happy about that.)Unless things improve, I may think quite hard, about booking another cruise.
