Maria Afonso is great! I've used her to book many cruises, and she is always nice, patient, and really knows what she's doing. She takes as much time with me as I need, answering any questions I might have.

Website is very slow. Rooms that are available on Carnival.com cannot always be found on Cruise only. ADD a tab on the booking so we can put in our Cruise Only Agents name. We usually use the same agent. We have her extension. But if she is not in and we need to book then we either have to use the online booking or a different agent. Then is we need customer service for the booking our agent is not able to assist us effectively.

We feel safe and informed by planning and booking cruises with Richard Mize. He is thorough and keeps our budget and desires in mind. We never feel pressured to act quicker than we are comfortable with.
