Overall it was an easy process and the rate was better than anywhere else. It's frustrating, though, that there doesn't seem to be a way to email anyone to discuss questions. I have questions about how the reward program works and how to pre-pay gratuitites. Also it would be helpful if you emailed a confirmation of the trip as I use an app to track my travel plans and if I can forward a travel plan to the app it can pre-populate everything from that. It can't access reservation details online though.
