On Monday, I went on the online site and did a chat with the representative. She was very helpful and left my name and phone number with Doc Reynolds who I have worked with several times in the past. Doc called me on Tuesday morning and we got my Next Cruise reservations on the Cruises Only site with a corresponding reservation number. He also made me aware of the current promotions, including on board credit, and others. Shortly after I receiving the email with booking confirmation and reservation number. We had also discussed possibly getting insurance. As always Doc handled this well and provided me all the information I needed, including info I didn't ask about.
