Great service with Danielle Smith, as always!!

Harry is friendly and professional

Great!

Chris was so knowledgeable and thorough. He was fun and engaging on the phone. Answered all our questions. Was able to get us great deals with perks! We are going to use his services again!

Barbra was absolutely helpful and customer friendly I appreciate her help with my 1st ever experience

Katie, my cruise assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful in booking this cruise for me and my family. She made sure that she got me the best price and the rooms all together. Katie was also very friendly as she did all four bookings. A great experience .

Kelly was fantastic!

Drake Koonce is incredibly thorough, efficient, polite, and well-informed. If he doesn't know an answer he says so and immediately calls the cruise line rep to get an answer while we are still on the phone instead of calling us back later. He describes in detail what to expect, when & how. He is the only agent I want to deal with & have referred others to him because I know they will be equally impressed with his level of service.
