Doc Reynolds was great. He helped us make the reservation and he knew about the ship we would be traveling on indicating that the smaller ships can be better making it a more personal experience than ships with 5000 or 6000 people. He was very knowledgeable about the rooms on the ship and helped us to select an appropriate one. He is always available when I have questions or concerns. He is awesome and the reason I booked again with cruises only.

Tracie is excellent

The rep named Michael Hadley went up + beyond his help w/my 2 cabin bookings. Hands down.....he is exceptional in his work + was able to move my reservation from previous booking+ I didn't loose my credit vouchers + before him I had made my previous cruise w/rep named Jason Ventura. Jason was very hard to reach after booking w/him. He was ok but M. Hadley was very professional +concerning about his work, better +exceptional.

Miss June was helpful, patient, and kind.

Julie was amazing! You guys are very lucky to have her!

Karen is the BEST, she has booked several cruises for me in the past and has ALWAYS been awesome and got me a great deal and awesome cruise, I definitely recommend her and your agency to anyone who is looking to book a cruise

Works hard, good results

Kevin is always a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and provides options in different price ranges.

Julie was excellent as usual.
