Kelly is always professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable, and she works hard on her clients' behalf - this is why we always call her for cruise booking. The only thing I could raise is that, in my limited experience with her, she is usually not immediately available on my first try. But she does get back to me quickly and, honestly, my issues never really require an immediate response. Five stars no doubt!

Angie always goes above & beyond in assistance for our cruises. I can count on her to answer her calls in a timely manner. In over 30 cruises she has consistantly done her best to ensure we have the best experience.
