I have booked with cruises only many many times over the years. I have found most times that the booking event is always good. However, my concern has been that afterwards is when the problems arise. Our last agent was not helpful at all. She was not knowledgeable and even cause one of our party to loose out on some OBC. This same agent was not helpful when once, my roommate died prior to the cruise and she expected me to pay a penalty because I had to switch cabins to be with my friends in another cabin in order for me to go on the cruise as I could not afford the single rate.After all is said, this latest booked cruise will tell the tale as to whether or not I book again with Cruises Only. So far the agent seems thorough and knowledgeable but time will tell.
