Great first time experience!

My experience was great.

Overall the experience was good. However, I was disappointed that I could not, for example, also sign up for the drink package and internet, as well as address gratuities.

I paid extra for my booking so I could cancel without being penalized, and after the fact that I booked, I looked over my booked itinerary and there it was at the very bottom, in bold black italicprint "Cruisesonly" charges a $100 cancelation fee. Why isn't that in plain sight when booking the reservation, I feel betrayed and this will be my final reservation made through Cruisesonly. That's some shady business practices Cruisesonly uses. I will be making it very well know to my friends and family and my colleagues as I am a travel agent about your shady practices...
