0n 01/28/26 I tried to reach the sales representative that I had booked my cruise on 01/27/26 but was not able to. Because the cruise was going off sale. I decided to book with another representative. The representative I received was named Michelle B. I told Ms. Michelle that I wanted to book a cabin with 3 beds on Carnival Freedom in December out of Port Canaveral. I told her that I wanted the 3 bed cabin near my 2 bed cabin that I reserved the day before. Ms. Michelle wasn't able to find a cabin near mines that accommodated 3 people and there was no 2 bed cabins on the floor where she found the 3. I told Ms. Michelle that I was the grandmother and if I had to I would put one of my grands in the cabin. Ms. Michelle immediately said, "You can't sneak her in the room with you!" Ms. Michelle had also told me earlier in the conversation when she asked for our names that we didn't have to include Junior or our middle names. It shouldn't have mattered. Both my 1st and last names are extremely common and so is my sons. I felt Ms. Michelle was been condescending so I hung up. She called back and asked if the call dropped. I told her no I hung up because I didn't like she said I was going to "sneak a 7 or 3 year old in my room. If Ms. Michelle would have looked at my profile I have booked cruises basically every year since around 2013 with adults and children. How could I sneak children on a ship!. In addition, I lost certain benefits and had to put down a larger deposit because I rebooked in less than 24 hours. Ms. Michelle was not able to give me the correct new deposit I needed to put on my cruise and asked for $200 then needed a $100 more for my cruise which included one of my grands. Why couldn't she figure out my new deposit was $300 at one time. At the end Ms. Michelle became less accusatory and appeared less judgemental but hadn't represented her self very well.

Scott was fantasticI am upset due to celebrity advertising 75% off of second guest plus $750 on board credit. I received $175 on board credit. This appears to be false advertising!!!!
