Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, had personal experience with the ship we booked, even provided menus from the restaurants. Worked very hard to get us the best price.We cruise frequently and we will use Brian and Cruisesonly for all of our future business

It took several phone calls and several reps to help me book my cruise. All of the reps were sweet, kind and helpful, but not all of them were as well-versed in knowledge as some of the seasoned reps. It all turned out fine....one of them even called me back with her corrections. This wont keep me from using Cruises only, but it does keep me on my toes in knowing where to keep asking questions when the info isn't lining up.

As always, Hilarie handled everything thoroughly, professionally, quickly, and correctly.

It was great Tara was good. I think there was a miss communication thou. We wanted outside ocean view balconies to seat on and we got infinite rooms. We wanted to have partition taken down so we could seat together.
