Kevin Davis was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, we had to cancel a cruise due to an injury. Kevin walked us through the cancellation and submitting the insurance claim as well as booking two new cruises (with insurance), one with a similar itinerary as a consolation for the one we will miss and another for us and my parents (their first cruise). Kevin made sure that he answered all of my questions and everything was all set for the new cruises.
