it was ok but not as good as usual. I was booking online with Cruises Only on a Veranda room/ I only called because I had question about extra and he kept telling me you don't have that room. He explained to me 3 times the only room left was Aqua something $5000. I said 3 times I dont want that. I want the one I have on my screen. I checked with Celebrity and they said all sold out except Aqua. I finally hung up on your guy and followed thru booking the room I had on the screen thru you.

Shannon expeditiously made all four of our booking…we are very pleased with her performance.She is a pleasure to work with…we will be calling upon her for our future cruise plans.
