Agent was expedient, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent service

This is our first cruise so my wife and I had a lot of questions. Sharon walked us through the entire process, made suggestions but let us decide what we wanted, and steered us toward certain things that she thought would enhance our experience. This included many details that we would have known nothing about being first-timers. She was an enormous help in booking this cruise and we fell comfortable that she'll be available throughout the process because we'll surely have more questions.

Daniel Hammer has been my agent for over two years. He goes above and beyond to get me the best deals possible.
