Leanne Ong is the best! As always, she handled everything perfectly. One big criticism of CruisesOnly, not Leanne; I referred a very frequent cruiser to her, who immediately booked four cruises. When I spoke with her, Leanne thanked me, but said that the referral credit program had been discontinued, so there was nothing in it for me. What a stupid corporate decision. Why would I bother to refer anyone again?
