As always, our Booking Experience with our CruisesOnly Representative, Ed Sai, was FANTASTIC!Ed called me last week to see how our Cruise in March was and, at that time we discussed our next trip, which we booked April 14th.As always, it was an urgent request to find two cabins together on two different cruises and hold them while we Cruisers decided which Cruise to take. Ed responded quickly to that request and several urgent emails and phone calls to ensure we had what we needed. Later that evening, we told Ed which Cruise we chose and he got us booked within an hour, so now we can relax and review our trip in leisure.Ed Sai is AWESOME, quick to respond (especially my many follow-up questions) and always in a friendly manner. I ALWAYS recommend CruisesOnly and Ed Sai to my Family and Friends and will offer to take over reservations for multiple Cruisers so we can use CruisesOnly and Ed.We will continue to utilize CruisesOnly and Ed Sai for future Cruises.
