I always get great service from Katrina

I had no issues. I did book online.

I had two bookings handled over two days and have been quite pleased. Sheri helped me with a cruise and tour booking to the Galapagos through Celebrity Cruises and I couldn't be more pleased with her prompt and professional service. While she was out of the office, Dave helped me work through a tricky cruise choice, one that was going to be credited as a "free" cruise using points on my RCL credit card. We both worked through the procedure and I am hopeful that the cruise point values will apply as stated and we get to enjoy our upcoming cruise on Wonder of the Seas this winter. I appreciate his help in working with RCL and also for the loyalty rewards that Cruises Only provides.

Just great. Had a plan and everything came together.

Terri is always a pleasure to deal with and consistently go out of her way to help
