Normally.I have always had a different agent every time.I book a cruise but i've now gotten with barbara nason, And she's terrific.She is as helpful as she can be in every way possible.I will use her for my travels as much as possible

He returned my calls without me having to wait a long time, and he answered emails in good time as well. He did a fantastic job helping me book this great cruise. I also appreciate the "extras" that Cruises Only and LuxuryOnly offer their customers. It really makes a difference! And that is why I have booked multiple cruises with Cruises Only. It was a very informational conversation with the customer service rep named Zach. He was so patient with my many questions and got Royal Caribbean to listen to my problem and preferences. That is what a Travel Agents top purpose is...Zach represents Cruise Only very well!! I like being able to contact such persons as he and John Pierce. I talked to Kohn first, he was on a late evening shift so the next morning..Zach in customer service was able to talk to Royal Caribbean and resolve my issue to my satisfaction.
