Very knowageable & helpfull

Alex was great he git us a very good deal,we used Alex for our last cruise and it was great,plan to use Alex again in the future.

Cheryl Curry is always so pleasant to book a cruise with, we always come back to book with her. She does everything possible to give us the best advice and find the best price.

Chris knew all the answers to our questions and we had a flawless booking.

It was more effort than in the past. My agent is apparently on medical leave. When I tried to use another agent, she had difficulty answering my questions and I seemed to know more about the booking than she did. I also was dismayed that the loyalty program was discontinued and it took a long chat to find out about that. Ultimately I made the booking myself.

Ashley answered the call immediately and was able to book the exact cabin we wanted on the cruise we wanted. She is always patient while we are going through the booking process and makes sure we do not forget any details.

I've booked with Japhia for some years now. It's always a pleasure working with her. She's very professional, kind, helpful, and patient.
