Agent very helpful!!! Rewards Program very disappointed. No direct phone number! Did Not apply members birthday rewards. Truly looking for better options! Been a true member since 1994, but C.O. does not care/recognized this. Had repeat had 2 great Agents with C.O. now there gone. Maybe a True hint for our future cruises.
