I didn’t book with your company booked it with future cruises on MSC. Called to get your company to transfer my cruise over to MSC so I can change dates. MSC informed me I must get release from your company to them to change dates. Was told I would receive documentation about change and all I’ve received is proof of cruise booked by your company. I was charged 100.00 for this and it’s starting to piss me off. I also booked a cruise for December 2027 that your company will get credit for.
