Excellent customer service by Agent. Been a customer of this Agent for over 10 years.

Ivan was very thorough and pleasant to talk to.

Terri was friendly and personable and made everything easy

Tina is very helpful and knows her cruise information. We really appreciate her knowledge.

The first agent that held the cruise for me for 48 hrs was phenomenal. The second agent who booked when I called back late that night was just as amazing.Friendly and knowledgeable both agents.

Aly Grimes was great to work with.

Been booking with Donna Balaban for last 5 years and she has always been efficient, courteous and helpful in setting up the cruise. She returns phone calls promptly and has the latest information on the ship of choosing. She also co-ordinates with 3-4 other couples on room choises, dining times , etc.A delight to deal with.

Dwayne was excellent and super knowledgeable. I will only be booking my cruises with him going forward.

no problems once again when booking with cruises only.

Janet Delpino is my agent and always takes super good care of me and my husband.
