Well everything was fine but the cabin I wanted was available but was told a different cabin number will show up on my confirmation. Was told the cabin I wanted will show up on future emails. I hope so.

The cruise agent, Lena Hopson took the time to explain all different options for the cruise I selected. She had a lot of patience and even returned a telephone call to me, due to computer issues through Norwegian Cruise Line.

I am new at booking the cruise myself. Carmen was very helpful and helped my anxieties that I am going to get all of my responsibilities done right.

One of the best booking experiences I have had. The agent Sharman listened to what I needed. She researched the best options. She was knowledgable about Viking and how to get the best pricing and which cabin would be best in the category I chose. When I decided to make a change after the booking she handled that quickly again with great customer service. I loved the luxury division of cruises only and it will keep me a loyal customer.
