Steve walked me through the process, answering my questions completely. I never felt rushed.

My cruise advisor was very professional and also knew her stuff about cruises until it came time to pay for the cruise. Once we agreed on the terms and conditions the invoice and the charge on my credit card did not match up. She said she was taking care of it hopefully that is the case as we move forward.

Agent was very helpful. I called him several times before I booked. He answered every question honestly and offered very good advice. Appreciate his help.
