I question the amount at the time of booking. I felt it was wrong. He said it was port taxes. I verify that he was incorrect. I left various messages asking him to call me with no luck. One evening I tried again and he answered the phone. After a lengthy conversation the cost was less than I paid. I had to cancel my cruise due to the fact that my husband is critically ill. Left message 3 different days again he did not respond. Today I spoke to Nicole. She was not the most pleasant person to deal this. I will not be using Cruise.com in the future for any additional cruise.
