It was excellent. I was concerned about an expiring special, so time was critical. I worked with Freya Damm and she was fantastic. She went through every part of the process in detail and answered every question I had. A pleasure working with her.

The rep was easy to work with. The only hiccup was getting the cruise first certificate as she found the normal one but not the bigger one until I read the email to her. She called NCL to cancel the first certificate. We got it done and I m looking forward to my cruise.
