Customer service agents were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. They were also exceptionally friendly and patient. I received a lot of assistance in booking for several family members, some of which required additional information about accessible rooms and access throughout the ship. They were more knowledgeable than customer service from the actual cruise line. Thank you!
