The agent was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of questions.

Kevin Davis is the BEST!!We always work with Kevin. He is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A real professional and an asset to Cruises Only.

Danielle is the best

She's always professional and accurate with my bookings. I have been working with Ms. May handling my bookings for the past ten years.

Leanne was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. She had to call Holland America to verify some things and she actually called me back like she said she would, truly appreciate customer service like that because now and days that is hard to come by…. I would definitely recommend you company to people.

The rep looked for possible offers from cruise line. She was very excited for me and explained everything I needed to know. Very friendly too.

Shells was a great help

Your travel agent, Shannon Williams did an excellent job and helping me out with the cruise from Carnival Cruise Line’s. I believe she went above and beyond to assist me you have an excellent agent working for you?

The representative wss excellent but it appeared that your contact numbers were giving trouble. Just kept repeating menu without actually accepting the selection. For example " if you know the extension enter it now". The ext. was entered but the recording kept going.

Very pleasant
