Very good experience and pricing

Kaitlynn was extremely helpful when we talked to her and booked our cruise with her. However, we were somewhat disappointed about the online experience. The rooms we attempted to book were apparently unavailable. If they are unavailable, you shouldn't be advertising them as being available. Thus the phone call to book. But again, Kaitlynn was great! Online, not so much.
