I LOVE CruisesOnly because I get to book my trip with a real, live, knowledgeable person. That being said, I ALWAYS book with Christopher Festerman because he is amazing!! The first cruise I booked with CruisesOnly, it was the luck of the draw that Christopher Festerman answered the phone. I couldn't have been happier, which is why I keep coming back to him. He booked our first cruise ever, and a dozen or more since the first one about 10 years ago. From information about which staterooms are in a better location and which ones to avoid, to help finding the right cruise for our needs and desires, to travel tips and recommendations about excursions, his advice is always spot on! If he's on another call when I call him, he gets back to me quickly. In a world that is quickly becoming fully automated, it is a joy and a relief to be able to talk to a person who listens and understands. I am so happy that CruisesOnly still offers personal service...and Christopher is as good as it gets!

My agent was great, very helpful and personable. However, you are FALSE ADVERTISING!! For Virgin cruises it clearly states on your website that cruises 7 nights and longer get a $600 bar tab. NOT UP TO, but $600. When I called on 12/28 I was told that this changed on 12/20. The next day, it's still incorrect. I
