Very professional and helpful!

First of all Simira was great. I did not give a 5 star rating because there were a lot of system issues to get the reservation finalized. A lot of time on hold because of the issues. I’m thinking that it took a good two hours to finalize. However, given technical difficulties, as mentioned, Simira was great. She was patient and professional as she dealt with what I’m sure were very frustrating moments. Simira never showed her frustrations in her voice or mannerisms. This is the first time booking with CruiseOnly and I’m a little nervous that everything will be in order and run smoothly.

I book all my cruises with Carleen. She knows what cabin I like and where I like to be on the ship.She's always very helpful and very friendly.
