Desiree, the call center cruise specialist, was very friendly and professional with a great sense of humor. She spent whatever time was needed, to answer all of my questions/concerns. Finally, she was very unselfish in providing ‘top notch’ service of behalf of colleague, who was not working on the day I called her back, to follow up on my reservation ‘hold booking’ (Desiree, worked unselfishly, knowingly, she would not be receiving any commission for my booking).

First call I was immediately directed to a line for a promotion for a emergency alarm that many seniors have ---- it is free of charge....... After answering many questions I had to get approval from my credit card company to be sure this was my intent to do this and not a scam.In giving them ok I lost the lady I had been speaking with, she had said she would call me back if I made a mistake in giving them the ok as I had never done that before---I lost her but she did notcall back. I recalled the same number and no one knew what I was talking about, the lady was very deligent in trying to get some one for me---however, no one had any idea of a promotion such as this. I then went ahead with her and got my cruise lined up but still have no contact back andperhaps will receive the unit and all will be ok. I sure hope so. Jackie Hanson 714 719 6371.
