I'm assuming Leeanna is fairly new. She was very pleasant to talk to, but she didn't know how to do a lot of things. It took almost an hour to book a cruise. That seems excessive to me, especially when I was already in the system. She misspoke a number of times, and I never did really figure out what the price of my cruise was nor the components that make up the price until I went to the website, and looked up my cruise. She was pleasant, but confusing and confused.

Andrea Whitby is excellent and very attentive. I enjoying working with her and trust her implicitly.
