Booking was relatively easy. I experienced a few issues like session timing out and trying to to refresh page and it said rooms not available and to contact someone. I did through the chat and was quickly sent a link that got the rooms back and I was able to purchase the cruise. The other issue was selecting the travel insurance and then it being removed somehow after I submitted payment but I noticed afterwards and made a call and it was quickly taken care of and had it added back on. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or through the chat were incredibly knowledgeable and precise in getting me the help that I needed. Great customer service, thank you!!
