Our planner, Jeff Clark, did a terrific job in setting up our cruise. I kept changing the cabins and asking for several other items and Jeff was very accommodating throughout the process.

Tyrell (apologies if I spelled it wrong) was great on the phone. He needs to be credited with taking us from not thinking we would be able to make this cruise to getting us locked in, at a price we found a value. Great job!
