He answered all our questions, found answers when he needed to, and located the best cabin with the best plan for us all in a professional yet delightful manner. We enjoyed talking to Tim very much, and will definitely contact Tim for our future cruise plans.

Tranika was wonderful! We did miss getting the seven day cruise that we wanted because we needed the sweet and it was all booked up. But it was just a timing issue. We were playing phone tag.
