Shelly Sjogren our Travel Agent did a fine job at listening and finding the cruise and cabin. She gets 5 stars.Unfortunately, when we had a question about the "bonus offer, cash back" the customer service representative gave me incorrect information. Shelly is in the process of correcting this issue.The c/s rep was poorly trained, she gets 2 stars
