What I liked the most is the ability to find cruises by sailing dates, not just by month.

The rep I spoke to, Cherry, was extremely helpful. I called because I had a question anbout some online information and ended up booking a cruise on a different cruise line.

Desiree was excellent as always. The reason for four stars rather than five is that your website continues to be misleading regarding your two promotions (onboard credit or prepaid Visa card). Although you list both offers, the only way to find out that it is one or the other is to drill way down into your fine print. Clearly, the right way to do this is simply to add the word "or" after the words "Spend on Board." Your misleading wording is the one sleazy aspect of an otherwise excellent company. I strongly urge you to fix this (assuming that anyone sees these remarks).
