I have been working with a Cruises Only agent for 2-3 years now, and when I made this booking online I thought I could then transfer it to him to handle going forward. However after I completed the booking he told me that he’d be happy to answer questions but that he could not take over the booking.This is not made clear in any way when one prices out a cruise on your website and then decides to book.

Travel options were easy to find and had sufficient information to make a good decision. Process is always simple and convenient.

Danielle Smith was very professional and easy to work with. She got all our needs taken care of and was very efficient. We were set for our next sailing as quickly as possible.

It was very good. Steve had been on the ship and gave me some tips. Also helped me install the app and look at my points.

Julie Collins always does a great job helping us book cruises.
