Very smooth process. Very good agent, Twan Thompson. I’ve been using Twan for several years now. He always seems to know my preferences and gets me what I want. I plan to continue using him for my future bookings.

Dwayne Black has consistently been our ‘go to guy’ for cruising. We are currently on our 25th cruise (and booking 26 and 27) almost all of which have been booked with him. I keep thinking I ask too many questions and ‘are a pain’ but he assures me I’m not and has always done very well by us!We hope he doesn’t retire as long as we are cruising!
