We worked with Charmin, she was wonderful. Answered all of our questions, explained everything explicitly. Was very calm and has great communication skills. She was well informed about the cruise and the ship and was able to share that with us.. Our sister is going with us and Charmin was very patient going over everything for all of us. She was very knowledgeable and we would love working with her again sometime.

AnneMarie was wonderful to work with.I received all the information that she said she would send.

Doc always works to help me secure the cruise I want at the best rate possible. He also gives of his time to make my trip the best it can be. I appreciate his hard work on my behalf as a cruise customer.
