generally attendant was very good, but as a customer I expect for that person to know at least all the basics of processing a credit card. He needed multiple consults with someone else to came up with the solution. Overall was very nice and professional about the entire process.

I love CruisesOnly, I book all of my cruises and I also booked my excursions through the site as well because the prices were much better than through the cruise line. Will definitely add a review on them once we get back from our trip. Any time I have questions both the phone and chat staff are very helpful in getting me the answers I need.

Everything went very well until I discovered at the end of the booking that I had absolutely no opportunity to select the cabin and deck I'm going to get and is a GTY selected at the cruiseline's discretion and will probably have an obstructed view. Since we are 76 years old, we decided to take this potentially final cruise while we are still physically and mentally able to enjoy it. We will however, make the best of it regardless of the situation.
