My cruise specialist Eddie at x33338 was struggling with technical issues booking my cruise. With a lot of patience and after almost an hour the cruise was booked with great satisfaction on my part. I was able to get the specific cabin requested on the floor I also requested. This will be my first cruise since Dec 2019 and am looking incredibly forward to it.

the staff person (Leann) was superb in her attention to detail and working with us and some complications in the planning. She is still working with us on the web site problems so we feel supported and gifted with a good guide...this is our first cruise so very nervous but feel we are well supported

All the agents were great; however, my confirmation from Cruises Only does not reflect the "Free at Sea" package, which was my understanding was included. Cruises Only confirmation should reflect this. The agent assured me it was, but I think I should get some documentation from the booking agency that says it was.
